We took a payment down to our Canada Post depot yesterday. They were unable to figure out how to receive the cheque - they are using something called Money Gram which currently has only 3 payment classifications 2010 T1, 2011 T1 and a general personal tax. They were indicating that we had to do something at CRA to allow the payment to be accepted.
Spoke to our Efile help desk. They had no knowledge of payments at Canada Post.
I notice on the CRA portal for a client you can order a remittance form although it does not seem to be an instant thing.
Has anyone figured out the client tax payments.
